Non-solicitation clauses

Rules about contacting the other party's staff, clients, or suppliers after the contract ends.

Who is covered

The clause may block you from hiring the client's team or pitching their customers. Check how long it lasts and whether it covers people you already knew.

Different from non-compete

Non-solicitation limits who you can approach; non-compete limits what work you can do. Both can appear in the same agreement.
